Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 8winph ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 8winph website, mobile platform, games, sports betting services, and all related features and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the 8winph Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

8winph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Eligibility and Registration

To register for and use the 8winph Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to online casino and sports betting services.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 8winph or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from the 8winph Platform or any other gambling platform operated under PAGCOR oversight.

Each player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account on the 8winph Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. 8winph reserves the right to verify the identity of all registered players and to request supporting documentation, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership, at any time and without prior notice.

By completing the registration process, you warrant and represent that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8winph account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, allow any third party to access your account, or use another player's account under any circumstances.

All bets, transactions, and activities conducted through your account are your sole responsibility, regardless of whether they were authorized by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 8winph immediately by contacting our support team via live chat or email at [email protected].

8winph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. The Company reserves the right to suspend any account where unauthorized access is suspected, pending investigation.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 8winph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. 8winph does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — all funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the Cashier page within your account dashboard and are subject to change at 8winph's discretion. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and network conditions.

• GCash and PayMaya: Deposits typically credited within minutes. Withdrawals processed within 1–24 hours for verified accounts.
• BPI, BDO, and Metrobank: Deposits credited within 1–3 banking hours. Withdrawals processed within 1–3 banking days.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 8winph reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the same account, subject to applicable limits.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 8winph Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sporting event. These rules are available within each game or betting market and form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game or market rules, the specific rules shall prevail.

8winph reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time of placement, or placed in circumstances that 8winph reasonably believes constitute fraud, collusion, or abuse of the Platform. Voided bets will have the original stake returned to the player's account balance.

For sports betting markets, 8winph uses commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that odds are accurate at the time of display. However, odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that will apply to your wager. 8winph shall not be liable for any technical errors that result in the display of manifestly incorrect odds.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the relevant betting interface. 8winph reserves the right to impose individual bet limits on any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

Bonuses and Promotions

8winph may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution rates, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to bonus-derived winnings.

Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must be wagered the required number of times before any associated winnings can be transferred to the withdrawable balance. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion terms.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• 8winph reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts, will be forfeited and the relevant accounts suspended.
• 8winph reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8winph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during account verification.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or manipulation of sporting events.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 8winph staff or other players through any communication channel.

8winph employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities in the investigation of suspected prohibited conduct.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 8winph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of 8winph or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright and trademark law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 8winph.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 8winph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

8winph does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 8winph makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, 8winph's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 8winph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Responsible Gaming

8winph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. Gambling should never be used as a means to generate income or to recover financial losses.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players directly from the account dashboard, without the need to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform.

Suspension and Termination

8winph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination of your account for reasons other than breach or fraud, any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of identity verification and applicable processing times. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 8winph support via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable betting rules.

Amendments to These Terms

8winph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 8winph will notify registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 8winph Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
